This is a very simple roll-and-move game from the former East Germany (DDR) -- the game is pictured in the Taschen Icons Book _DDR_Design_. From the appearance in the book, it's a bedtime game for children -- players roll the die and move their piece, and follow the directions when they land on certain spaces -- e.g. move forward, wait for two turns, etc.
