The object of Jobber is to eliminate all of your own pieces. This can be accomplished by getting your pieces to their elimination corner or having your opponent jump your pieces Checkers style.
The Jobber piece makes the game unique. The Jobber piece must stay in the Jobber row outlined by red squares and shaped like a plus sign in the middle of the board. You can use your Jobber piece to block your opponent's pieces or to advance your own pieces by having them jump over your jobber piece.
